Domestic Violence is present whenever a partner or former partner:
- Injures you
- Puts you in fear for your physical safety
- Forces sexual contact against your will
- Enters your home against your will if you live separately
- Imprisons you
- Destroys or threatens to destroy your property
- Stalks you in a way that would make a reasonable person afraid
